Have players form a circle and select a player to be the leader and stand in the middle of the circle. When the leader says “go” the players run around the circle, pretending to be automobiles. A player may move out of the circle to ‘pass’ another player, but they have to move back into the circle immediately after passing. No player may reverse directions. When the leader yells “stop” or blows a whistle, all players must come to a full stop. A player who fails to stop or who bumps into another player must run and touch the leader and then return to their place in the circle.
