The Run/Walk Program will be incorporated into the school’s curriculum for 2013-2014 and will be run by the school’s on-site physiotherapist. All students and all staff will participant 3 times per week and lessons will include sessions on hydration, nutrition and stretching.

The end goal for some of the students will be to take part in a 5km race.  All students will acquire skills and knowledge that will be carried forward into their non-scholastic lives.
