Central Public School, Ontario- Grimsby

Central Public School.jpgWith rapid growth in the school population, existing physical activity resources and times have become stretched and therefore opportunities for physical activity have become fewer for Central Public School students.  A Grant from GoodLife Kids Foundation is hoping to change this by providing a variety of physical activity opportunities for 250 grade 4 – 8 students at Central Public School.  Funds will be used to purchase equipment to further engage students in physical activity through Daily Physical Activity times, intramurals, and an enhanced phys ed program. As well students will take part in Zumba and spinning classes.
