Cerebral Palsy Association of BC - Lower Mainland

GoodLife Kids Foundation is supporting Cerebral Palsy Association of BC’s Adaptive Recreation for Children and Youth. In the Lower Mainland, there are 1,000 children living with cerebral palsy. Many of these children don’t get enough physical activity because they face physical, cognitive and behavioural challenges which make it difficult to attend other programs. Dance Without Limits and Yoga for Youth programs enable participants to become more active, leading to improved flexibility and strength of muscles, reduced anxiety, increased health and overall improved quality of life. Funds from the GoodLife Kids Foundation will support 75 children as they build body confidence through movement.
