Children's Health Foundation of Vancouver Island- British Columbia, Victoria

GoodLife Kids Foundation is supporting Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island’s iCanBike program. iCanBike is for school aged children with health challenges and disabilities. The goal of the program is to teach children with physical, cognitive and/or emotional challenges to ride a two-wheeled bike during a five day summer camp. When they can ride on their own they will have increased confidence in all aspects of their life while improving physical health, balance, strength and more. The program will accommodate a maximum of 40 children, and there are five cohorts daily with a maximum of eight participants each. Funding from the GoodLife Kids Foundation will help to cover the direct costs associated with bringing this camp to Victoria.
