KidSport, Nova Scotia- Halifax Regional Municipality

Halifax Clayton Plaza GoodLife club showed their incredible support for GoodLife Kids Foundation by being a Top Fundraiser during the 2011 Superhero Campaign, and are being recognized with a grant to fund KidSport: Halifax Regional Municipality.

KidSport Nova Scotia annually allocates over $450,000 to hundreds of families in need throughout Nova Scotia by putting children on an equal playing field with their peers, giving them the self-confidence to become leaders of tomorrow.

In order to help KidSport ensure that no children are left on the sidelines, a grant from GoodLife Kids Foundation will give 19 children from low-income families the opportunity to participate in sport and develop habits of regular physical activity.
