St. Andrew's Consolidated & Antigonish Education Centre- Nova Scotia, Antigoish

The Adapted Swim Program is located in Antigonish County NS. The purpose of the program is to help students from grades 1-6 with special needs, whether they be academic, physical or social, learn how to swim. For most of these students this is the only organized activity outside of school in which they participate. The program will allow these students to progress through the stages of learning to swim, teaching them valuable life skills while building self-esteem.

This grant was made possible by the fundraising efforts of Members and Associates of GoodLife Fitness Antigonish College Street.
